Hey, tiggrrl, a while back you said there was something you wanted me to get for you at Worldcon, and I can't find that post. What was it again? I'll write it in my Visor this time, I swear. Also, you should post/email/call/carrier-pigeon about whether, when, and where we're going to meet up. :)

Oh, yes yes! The thing I wanted you to pick up (should you be able to locate one there) is a genuine Babylon 5 Ranger pin. There are a ton of knockoffs out there, so to be specific, I only want it if it has the B5 shield logo on the back and says it's from the official fan club. I figure if one of those can still be tracked down, WorldCon is probably the place. I am willing to pay nearly any price for it, but call me if it's over $100. devafall lost his recently when his jacket was stolen, and I would very much like to replace it.

Now a question for you, am I right in thinking you arrive in San Jose on Wednesday the 28th? I'm still trying to figure out the best way to get down there and see you, since it is a two hour trek on a weeknight. I'm going to check out train schedules, because it's easier for me to take random time off work than for deva.

Riiiight, B5 pin. *makes note to self* I'll look for it, although Worldcon is more of a literary than media con. But there's usually a fair amount of media-related stuff in the dealers' room.

Yeah, my plane's scheduled to arrive at 1pm Wednesday 8/28 in San Jose airport. Our getting-from-airport-to-hotel plans aren't quite worked out yet because I'm waiting to hear back from my friends. If they're arriving around the same time as me, we'll probably meet at the airport and share a taxi. But in any case, assuming no major flight delays, I should certainly be at the hotel by midafternoon. It's the Fairmont San Jose. Supposedly there's a public-transportation station in walking distance from the hotel.
