a pre-update
Aug. 12th, 2002 12:24 pmSigh. I didn't read lj all weekend because the fonts are illegibly small on my Mac, and now, I'm way behind. I've gotten through my friends list up to skip=100, so I'll get there eventually.
And I *will* do a post about my fun weekend, but not till I've finished reading my friends list. For now, let me just say that I've somehow managed to acquire a mosquito bite on my breast, which is extremely annoying in a workplace setting. It's just a good thing my office is on a hallway that doesn't get much traffic. *twitch*
I've said this before, but I'll say it again: You know how we have a word for "I'm in pain"? That word is "ouch" or "ow." We NEED a similar word for itchiness. Seriously. The English language is horribly deficient in this regard.

Change the journal style on your friends view. The default style & Punquin Elegant show up with a larger font size on a Mac.
or
2.
Edit the style you use. If you use the "edit style" function, you can find where the font sizes are specified - sometimes increasing them by only 2 points can make a huge difference.
I am extremely nearsighted and have to have large font sizes as a matter of course.
Good Luck!
