Wow! We're having an eventful evening.

Ruthie fell off my bed and landed on her face. She cried a LOT. There seems to be quite the bruise on her cheekbone. I tried to put an icepack on it, but needless to say, that went nowhere. Anyway, a bit of nursing cheered her right up. Oh to be so resilient again.

Isaac pooped in the potty!! First time ever at home. Apparently he has done it at least once or twice at school, though. Anyway, I'm excited. A long way to go yet, but it's progress. Yay.

Tomorrow night Ruthie and I are going with my mom to the Red Sox game. I am highly dubious about this, because Ruthie is generally not so much with the sitting still. But we'll just see how it goes. If I have to leave mid-game, that's what I'll have to do. First Sox-Yankees game of the season!! w00t! I just hope I can stay awake ;)

I was just thinking about how much my relationship with baseball has changed since I've become a mother! When I was pregnant with A, I stayed up late for all the playoff games, etc. Not so much now. I've probably watched a total of nine innings since he came, and none of them consecutive! Can't stay awake...

Anyway I'm psyched you get to go. Just don't root for the wrong team...
