So this guy whacked a puppy over the head with a baseball bat, then put it in a bag and threw it off a bridge -- but he tells the court he didn't intend to kill it. What? How stupid do you think the court is, pal?
Guerrero was released from federal prison in March 2004 after serving 57 months on a cocaine-peddling conviction in another state. Guerrero told Superior Court Judge Susan McGuirl he had changed his life since then.
Oh yeah. You've changed your life. Because beating puppies to death is SO much better than selling cocaine. Way to go.
