Ruthie's 1-year checkup today. 2 shots, lots of crying, calmed down much faster than I expected, v.cheery within minutes. She has only gained 10 ounces since her 9-month checkup, but 1.5 inches (now 20 pounds 11oz, 30 inches) so I guess she's tall and lean. Well, as lean as a chubby baby can be.
The toilet is extremely clogged and the plunger apparently terrifies Ruthie. Now that she is asleep I must go and work on it some more. this sux.
umm...okay, I know I have more but I'm too tired to marshall it at the moment. maybe tomorrow.
