Well, that answers the question of whether they liked me. The woman from yesterday's interview called this morning to ask if I could come in tomorrow morning to meet with the manager. (apparently the manager is only in the office 2 days a week and works from home the rest of the time, which bodes well for my work-from-home chances.)
So, what could I do? I told her I'd have to see if I can find someone to watch the baby. eek!
Isaac's at preschool tomorrow, so that's no problem. But, well, my daughter does tend to spend most of the time crying when she's left with someone else. It's partly separation anxiety, and partly the fact that she won't take her bottle so she cries from hunger. So, it's a bit of a hard sell. "Hey, wanna babysit my child who will cry horribly at you for hours on end?" Sigh.
Anyway, off to ponder whom I can call on such short notice.
edit My mom agreed to do it. Yay!
