First of all, let it be stated for the record that yesterday I accepted a donut from a stranger, so if Isaac and/or I drop dead today, that's probably why. (Dunkin' Donuts gives a free donut if you buy a smoothie, and the guy ahead of us on line didn't want his.)(and I just typo'd "lion" for "line" which is how Isaac says it.)

Ruthie has been smiling more and more the past few days. She's certainly not an all-smiles-all-the-time baby yet, but it's definitely more frequent. Damn good thing too, considering she spent the better part of yesterday afternoon, evening, and night crying. *sigh* Her smiles are, of course, gorgeous, and she REALLY reminds me of Isaac when she's smiling. They're still so fleeting that I haven't been able to catch one on camera yet.

She's also seriously packing on the poundage. Now that the weather is nicer and her arms and legs are bare most of the time, it's a lot more noticeable how pudgy she is. :D Gotta love that baby fat. She gets officially weighed on Thursday for her 2-month checkup, and I'm guessing she'll be around 12 and a half pounds or thereabouts. Just my estimate, we'll see how close I am. :)

Iduced, yes. :) Tomorrow at 730AM, barring spontaneous natural labor this evening, lol! I'm 41 weeks, as of today, and baby is measuring huge, so... We're trying to avoid a c-section, though there's some concern that it may already be too late for that. We'll see.

We're charging the new camera even now. I'm proud of my belly and my stretch marks, so I definitely appreciate the compliment. :) I'll miss them when they've faded away, but it'll be nice to be able to see my knees again, too.
