yikes! (on the size of my belly)

mamajoanI'm looking at the pictures of me when I was pregnant with Isaac, and I'm pretty sure that my belly now is bigger than in the 28-week pictures there. I don't think it's quite as big as the 32-week pictures, but it's pretty darn close. And I'm only 27 weeks as of tomorrow. Eek!
My belly button never "popped" with Isaac. I said somewhere online, a while back, that I didn't expect it to do so this time either, but now I'm not so sure. It's already almost flat, or flush with my belly, whatever you'd call it. Weird. We recently got Isaac The Belly Button Book (we love the entire Boynton oeuvre) so all belly buttons in our family have been the subject of much scrutiny of late. ;)
It certainly feels like my uterus has reached its upper limit, i.e. the bottom of my ribcage; which would mean that there's nowhere left for Cosmo to go but out. This could get interesting....
