in which I feel dumb, but it's all good
Oct. 28th, 2005 07:46 pmI feel dumb because after three days of intensive searching, I finally found Isaac's scarf -- naturally, while I wasn't actually in the process of looking for it. And where was it? Hanging innocently on a hook along with MY spare scarf. Right where I had walked past and looked at it at least a dozen times in the last few days. *facepalm* Oh well. At least it turned up.
I also feel dumb because it turns out that 200 gallons of heating oil is actually almost a full tank (more than 3/4 but less than full), not half a tank as I thought I remembered from last year. This is good though. Of course, I also don't at all remember how long that should last, but I guess we're going to be finding out.
Just finished sorting and folding the remaining laundry from yesterday. Isaac greatly enjoyed putting his stuff away in his drawers. Of course, he rarely got the right drawer, and nothing he put away was still folded when he had done with it, but whatever, he had fun. :)
