Been so busy, no time for updating! :( Maybe tonight. Don't hold me to that though. Yeesh.

Spring is busting out all over. Finally some warm weather this weekend, and things are blooming and sprouting everywhere. Lots of green and yellow and white and pink and purple ... beautiful flowers, grass. A lot of the trees still aren't leafing though -- I think it's because of the drought. :( My allergies haven't been too bad yet *knock wood*.

And busting out is also what my tummy is doing. :P I gotta figure out what I'm doing about the gym situation. It doesn't help any that Ben & Jerry's was on sale yesterday at the supermarket. Groan! Must... not... eat... entire... pint... at... once!

*searches desperately for last threads of self-control*

I always have to scan for new Ben & Jerry's flavors when I go to the supermarket. Yesterday I saw "The Full Vermonty," which is maple ice cream with something or another mixed in. Mmm. Haven't tried "One Sweet Whirled," the Dave Matthews Band-inspired flavor, but then, I'm not a coffee ice cream person.

Damn. It's 11:15 a.m. here, and now I'm thinking about ice cream.

The Full VerMonty RULES. It's actually what I bought yesterday. I had it for the first time a month or two ago in actual Burlington, Vermont (ancestral home of B&J's). I had it on Free Cone Day too :)

It's maple with caramel swirls and pecans, btw.

One side is chocolate with white chocolate fudge chunks, the other side is vanilla with dark chocolate fudge chunks, and the center core is chocolate fudge truffle.

Guh. I was not particularly a B&J fan until I tried this. I repeat, guh.

Actually, I've been eating too much tofutti. Dionysus has be digging into the Ben and Jerry's. Can you believe he'd never had Cherry Garcia? (Me, either. It was my favorite before I went vegan.)
