mamajoanWell, the body shop guy called and said that I can pick up my car at 5:30 today. Although they close at 5:30, he said "someone will stick around" until I get there. Of course, I don't think that means I can come at 6:45 (my usual getting home time). So I'll have to leave the office early. But we're having cake and ice cream at 4:00 to celebrate the CEO's birthday. I could skip it, but -- dude, cake and ice cream! ;) I think I'll gobble and run. If I leave work at 4:15 or even 4:30, I should be able to get to the body shop in time, barring horrendous traffic. Cross your fingers for me.
