One of my favorite coworkers gave his notice today. :( He had told me a week ago Friday, before I left for vacation, that he was expecting a job offer from Google (!!!) and that if it was a good enough offer, he would probably take it. Even though it means selling his house and uprooting his wife and kids to move across the country. His parents and sisters live in the Bay Area, so it's a plus for him. But a big minus for me! :( And the company!

I mean, it's great for him. I'm happy for him (I guess ;) ). I mean, Google! How can you refuse?
