confession time
Jul. 27th, 2005 10:10 amI have a confession to make. Last night, at last, I changed the flannel sheets off my bed.
*facepalm*
Yes, the flannel sheets had been on my bed since winter. Yes, even with the horrendously hot weather we've had lately, and me without A/C in my apartment, I still hadn't changed them. I am Lazy Woman, hear me yawn.
Every night lately I would be falling into bed and suddenly think, "shit, I forgot to change the sheets AGAIN!" But be too tired and lazy and already in bed. But last night I finally managed to do it. I even did it while Isaac was still awake, which is good because he ought to see me doing at least SOME small amount of domestic/houseworky crap every now and then, don't you think? ;)
I am lame.

Date: 2005-07-27 02:18 pm (UTC)I've tried teaching her to change her sheets, but so far, not even a whole lot of luck in successfully getting them off her bed. She *loves* sweeping though. And picking up trash. And weeding (read: ripping any living plant out of the ground). She'd better end up being a neat-nick since both me & her father ... aren't. *grin*
