I'm not sure how the whole "marking a spot with a chair" thing works, but taking your parking spot is one thing...your chair!?! That is just wrong.

Granted I'm not clear on all the etiquette, but I know that you put your chair down to say "I shoveled out this spot, it is mine, don't take it" and people are supposed to respect that. And even if not, you don't take someone's chair!! Yeesh.
