Yeah, from what I hear they don't bother learning to unlatch, they just go over the top and out (genetic remnants of monkey-baby abilities).

And once they realize they can climb down/out, then they realize they can climb UP and in...we found Dominic on the porch roof of our one-story house one day when he was about three. Annie turned her back for two minutes and ... of course, Dominic was very very very inclined to go looking for trouble to get into!
