not our best couple of days.

To recap:

Tues: Isaac "dismissed" from daycare with high fever. Fussy and sicky. Mama still sicky from lingering cold.
Tues night: Isaac still feverish. Mama nauseated, spends night embracing the porcelain god.
Wed: Mama still nauseated, Isaac still feverish. Both spend entire day inside, mostly sleeping.

I didn't eat anything yesterday except two pieces of toast. Isaac ate a little more than that, but still not much. Ugh, we were pathetic!

Anyway, we feel better today. Isaac I would say feels much better, whereas his mama still feels groggy and so forth but at least doesn't feel like barfing any more. Any minute now I'm gonna go try eating something more substantial than toast and hope it stays down. urgh.

Big apologies to mishaslair and tiggrrl for missing their birthday(s?). Hope they both had a nice day. Had nice days? Whatever. Happy happy!

Also, a big hello to new LJ-friend (and old net-friend) bodacia, no relation to hawkegirl's daughter Boudicca. ;) Bo may also like to say hi to ww1614. Hmm, is my LJ becoming one big cluster-fuck, or is that just me? ;)
