What is "snark" in your userpic referring to? Websnark, the site that reviews webcomics, or some other, more generic use of the word snark that I'm currently unaware of?
"Snark" is an Internet-originated term that means sarcasm, basically. But it has to be witty, somewhat bitchy sarcasm. It's a little hard to define; you just sort of know it when you see it.
I'm not familiar with the webcomic review site you mentioned, but I'm guessing they probably do snarky reviews, and hence the name.
