mamajoanRight now on CNN.com, the lead story is about how the weather is snarling traffic, and people trying to get places for Thanksgiving are experiencing major delays.
Meanwhile, the "quick poll" farther down the page is "is the weather affecting your holiday plans?" The responses are running about 90% no, 10% yes.
Well, DUH. That's because the people whose holidays are being affected are not able to vote in the poll right now because they're, what, trying to travel! They're sitting around the airports and bus/train terminals all bored and unable to surf the web. And the people who ARE voting in the poll, are us schlubs who aren't going anywhere for the holiday so we're sitting here bored at work surfing the web! Hello!
