mamajoanI emailed the guy and we agreed that he'll ask the Subaru mechanics to give their opinion on the clutch, when he sees them on Tuesday about the other stuff. I was frank with him and said that I like the car but can't spend as much as he's asking if I'm going to have to replace the clutch in the near future. I didn't name any actual numbers yet. Let's wait and see what the mechanics say.
There's something in the employee fridge here at work that calls itself "fat-free half-and-half." Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that up there with jumbo shrimp and military intelligence? Isn't fat, like, the whole point of half-and-half?
Man, am I tired. This week, what with the elections and my mom being away, I haven't been able to catch up on all the sleep I lost during the baseball. Oh yeah! The baseball, remember that? Geez, it feels like eighty-six years since the Red Sox won the World Series. sigh.
