Ugh, I feel like crap. I have that awful swollen/scratchy sore throat thing, the one that makes swallowing unpleasant, and my nose is running like a faucet and I have a serious case of postnasal drip. Plus that all-over-achy feeling. sigh.

I'm trying to convince myself that this is just a bad bout of seasonal allergies and not anything more. I don't have time to be sick right now, kthxbi.

I tried lying down in bed for a bit (hooray for working-from-home day) but although it felt nice to my body, my brain wouldn't shut off. I tried taking some Sudafed to clear my congestion, but it didn't work. Possibly that had something to do with it having been expired. ah well.

Guess I'll go make some tea. sigh.
