Remember a couple weeks ago when I complained about how servicepeople never come when they say they will? Well, shut my mouth. Today the plumbers had said they would come between 10 and 11, and they showed up at 10 on the dot!

Of course, this was just a quick visit to look at our water heaters and give an estimate for replacing them. So maybe it doesn't count because they don't have my business yet. ;) But still, it was a pleasant surprise.

My plumbers always came *early*. That's almost as bad, since I was in pajamas and braless.
