sad, silly, and sunburnt

A belated but heartfelt Happy Beltane to all! Isaac and I had a nice time at the Beltane ritual/celebration, thanks to anotherjen for cluing us in to the when and where. I got a little bit of sunburn on account of I was so concerned with putting sunscreen on Isaac I totally neglected to put it on myself. But it's no big deal. Then on Sunday we went to hear our cousin and his klezmer band perform (klezmer is a form of traditional Jewish music) which was a lot of fun.

Things that are really sad include the huge honkin' typo on http://www.democrats.org (the website of the Democratic Party). It says "MISSON NOT ACCOMPLISHED." Did you spot the typo? If so, you're more on the ball than the Democrats' webmaster! Alas.

Things that are silly include Isaac's latest fun game of putting his toys into Mommy's mouth. Hee!

Not only did I NOT spot the typo when you typed it AND when I looked at the website (at least at first, I did figure it out), I thought you were making a statement about the "not" being the typo. ;)

That's actually pretty embarrassing that I missed it since I've been proofing websites, papers, etc. for some other people recently. I hope I didn't leave any embarrassing typos in their stuff. :/

I went to one, too - it was very informal and kid-friendly - there was lots of cake and making of Green Man masks :-)

That was so funny, devafall was at the computer and told me you had written a message to me, so I (from the other room) asked him to read it to me. He struggled through it, and then I said, "Oh!" and translated for him :)
