mamajoanLast night I had a sort of nervous breakdown after doing a rough estimate of how much the closing costs* are going to be on my house. Augh! I knew I was going to be poor after closing (next Weds.!), but I wasn't expecting to be THIS poor. sigh. Anyway, I'm still freaked, but I'm better now. I guess. Urgh.
* What the mortgage company calls closing costs and what I call closing costs are apparently not the same. To me, "closing costs" are any costs that I have to pay at the closing. But whatever....
The burn on my leg continues to heal. It has days when it looks really icky, and days when it looks just fine and healing. Which, upon further consideration, probably just means that I have easily-squickable days and calmer days. Whatever, anyway, it's healing.
I took some adorabibble pix of Isaac, inc. some of him sleeping. There are a couple new pix on the April page of his website so even if you looked yesterday, you should look again today. ;)
