Resolution
Mar. 19th, 2004 11:38 amReceived a phone call from the chocolate folks. They say they are refunding me the entire price, including shipping.
It sounded like the same guy I spoke to on Tuesday when I called to complain about the lack of chocolates -- which leads me to believe that Dan's is an even smaller company than I had realized. In which case I felt a little bad about having referred to him as "surprisingly unapologetic" in my complaint email. ;) But oh well. On the bright side, assuming that the refund does go through, my faith in the company is restored and I can continue to recommend them to all and sundry.
And now y'all can finally stop having to hear about it. Yay! ;)
