Because I know you're all on pins and needles waiting to hear the latest on my chocolate saga.

From FedEx.com (with some edits):

Mar 16, 2004
5:47 pm Picked up by FedEx BROCKTON, MA
7:14 pm Departed FedEx sort facility BROCKTON, MA
11:46 pm Scanned at FedEx sort facility HARTFORD, CT

Mar 17, 2004
6:09 am Departed FedEx sort facility HARTFORD, CT
9:14 am Arrived at FedEx sort facility WORCESTER - HD, MA

Mar 18, 2004
7:40 am On FedEx vehicle for delivery WORCESTER - HD, MA

In other words, my chocolates were picked up in Massachusetts (near my office) on Tuesday evening, driven to Connecticut, left to sit there for seven hours, driven BACK to Massachusetts, left to sit there for nearly 24 hours, and are now supposedly on their way to my office. Where I, to reiterate, am not.

Yep. Composing that angry email now.

So how's YOUR morning? ;)

Dude, I am now angry on your behalf, that *sucks*! You paid extra to have chocolates delivered on a specific timetable for a specific reason; I hope you give them a real reaming, because they deserve it!

Oh, man! That must be seriously rage-honing. I'm sorry your efforts to pamper yourself a little turned into such an aggravating experience. :-( Give 'em hell!

You should demand a refund.

At this point, I would insist that FedEx buy you a new (fresh!) box of chocolate and have it delivered via UPS. Since FedEx is so obviously incompetent when it comes to shipping chocolate to you. :)

Eeh, pretty good, except I haven't seen any trace of a book I bought off eBay in January yet, and if it hasn't arrived by tomorrow evening, I'm going to get uppity...

Rrrr... That's just so... augh... with the grr.

Yeah, that was articulate.

Give 'em righteously indignant hell!
