monday monday, can't trust that day

mamajoanWhee ... a wacky morning in traffic. Pulled out of my driveway mere SECONDS too late to avoid getting stuck behind the garbage truck. *grump* Mere minutes and less than a mile later, got stuck behind a tractor. A while after that, got stuck behind someone who thought "Speed limit 35" meant that he should drive at 15 mph. WTF? Why is it my day for this stuff?

anotherjen and I have been finding lots of great new stuff for him at yard sales, and a coworker and his wife just had a preemie (only 2.5 weeks early and doing great) so I might finally have someone to give all of Isaac's preemie-size clothing to. Yay! It's hard to give away preemie clothing or sell it on eBay because people don't know in advance that they're having a preemie. Ya know?
In other news, my brother is about to turn 27 and for some reason he felt the need to call me a nerd when I told him it's cool that he will be three cubed. Hey, when *I* was 27 I thought that was pretty cool, dammit! Anyway, I told him to enjoy it when he can because never again will he be something to the power of itself. And he won't even be a cube of anything for a very long time. Hmf.
Here I am at work whileanotherjen is watching my baby. TMI Alert: I gotta remember to pump my milk more than once today, cuz last Monday I only pumped once and my boobs ached for days. Ow.
