I have finished my course of antibiotics. That ten days went by faster than I feared it would. And now, right on cue, I feel a yeast infection coming on. *sigh* Also, my sinuses still feel a bit stuffy. But not nearly as bad as they were.

Yesterday Isaac got his first-ever professional haircut. He hated it a lot. He cried pretty much the whole time (and the woman at Supercuts was wonderful; she worked very quickly and was very nice about it all). Of course, the instant it was done, when the stylist offered him a lollipop, he cheered right up. LOL. *roll eyes* Anyway, pictures coming soon.

Just now I got a call from the guy at the unemployment office, saying that he received my statement and it all looks fine and he's going to "pass the file along," whatever that means, but he said he thinks it'll be fine and this should be the end of it. WHEW.

My nephew Baz is sick with some sort of GI bug, which, being a proper type of baby, he has passed along to his parents. So send sympathy and health vibes to metafrantic and sandykidd. And send vibes to me and my kids and my mom that we don't catch it, 'cause ugh. (Edit: Also, check out this adorable new picture of Baz that SK posted. Aww!)

What, me freak out? Heck no, I'm not freaking out. Why do you ask? AUGH!

Well, they offered me the job. (This would be the one in Harvard Square, contract, for 3 months, possibility of extending.) I think it's fairly obvious that I'm going to take it. But now I have to figure out childcare arrangements for Ruthie. Augh!

Oh, and health insurance. Double Augh!

But mostly the childcare thing. Triple Augh!
