silver linings?

Bad: The weather lately has been awful.
Bad: My toaster-oven died.
Silver lining: It's so chilly that I don't mind turning on the oven to heat up pizza.

Bad: Today was a difficult day. I simply am not cut out to be a stay-at-home mom and it's not what I want from life.
Bad: There are many more days like today in my immediate future.
Silver lining: uh...have learned a valuable lesson about my personal nature? or some bullshit like that.

We only have health insurance for two more days, so naturally, both kids have been showing signs of being sick. sigh.
