unexpected snark

Huh. I observe that I am snarky today, for no apparent reason. How odd. I mean, I don't feel like I'm in a particularly bad mood or anything. And I *know* it's not PMS. ;)

I just had to restrain myself from sending a snarky email to several coworkers. (I did send one yesterday, and have been debating whether I should apologize.) But a coworker sent out a software hotfix to a customer, cc'd to the group, and one of our sales reps replied to the message asking whether the thing had been tested. WTF? No, we routinely send completely untested software to customers. I mean, dude, engage brain much?

I'm just sayin'.

At least it's Friday. Yay! And only two days till Chocolate Fools Day. Double yay! And for the interim, I have Thin Mints. Triple yay! :)

See, I *can* do non-snark! Heh.

Friday Five

1. What was the last song you heard?

Does it have to be a song with lyrics? If song means "piece of music," then it was a Beethoven bagatelle on the radio. If it has to have lyrics, I dunno ... probably whatever's the last song on Moxy Fruvous's "Live Noise" album. *checks* That would be "The Drinking Song."

2. What were the last two movies you saw?

All the way through? In the theater? Wow. *ponder* Um, one was probably "My Big Fat Greek Wedding." For the second time. And the other was probably LOTR:TTT. I don't see movies very often lately.

3. What were the last three things you purchased?

uh... today's lunch, today's breakfast, and... *ponder* maybe Wednesday's lunch?

4. What four things do you need to do this weekend?

Sleep, go to Chocolate Fools Day, copy a few more "Farscape" episodes from TiVo to video, and snuggle kitties. I was going to say laundry but, although it is on my to-do list for the weekend, I don't really *need* to do it. It could wait.

5. Who are the last five people you talked to?

Probably all coworkers. If you're in a meeting and you say something, you've "talked to" everyone in the meeting, right? So, yeah, coworkers. Before that, my mom. Before that, my kitty. :)
