Lego-ize!

I've been having fun with the "Mini-Mizer," where you can make Lego versions of people (like that South Park-izer that went around a while ago). I made ( Lego Me, Lego Spike, and Lego Faith )

Heh. Much fun here. I'll probably make more later. :)

I made another Lego Me since I didn't like the first one so much:

I really do have that tattoo, although it's on the wrong arm.

I also made a Lego Obi-Wan Kenobi, who will really only be recognizable to those who are familiar with the Sith Academy. Because he's Kilt-Sex-Now-Obi!

pain

Yesterday my back was killin' me. It hasn't been that bad in quite a while -- I think it's probably because I've been spending more time on the sofa at home, reading a lot and watching TV because it's been too damned hot* to do much of anything else. Anyway, I had to stand all through our daily status meeting because I couldn't bear to sit, and I just couldn't find a comfortable position be it sitting, standing, or even lying on the floor in my office. Eventually the drugs kicked in and I went to the gym, and it felt a bit better.

But it gave me the push I needed to find out for sure about chiropractic care under my new insurance plan. Turns out it IS covered and there is NOT a $250 deductible as the first idiot at Blue Cross claimed. (Unless the second idiot at Blue Cross was a bigger idiot, but let's choose to believe the idiot who tells us what we want to hear.) So I called and made an appointment for tonight. I haven't seen my nice chiropractor in months. I'm looking forward to all the little cracking noises she'll extract from my spine.

*Normally I love hot weather. I'm the only person I know who's there at the beginning of the summer going, "Is it 95^o yet??" But this heat wave we've been having for weeks now is starting to be too much even for me. When *I'm* planning to go to a movie tonight just so I won't be so frelling hot, you know it must be REALLY hot.
