mamajoanMy birthday was fun, but now I am sooooo tired. Also, apparently not going to the chiropractor for a month, but also not making any effort to stretch/exercise more, was, like, a mistake. Oww. Whine.
Not much else to say I guess. With mom away, I'm in charge of entertainment for her kitties (although the upstairs neighbor will feed them, as I can't come by every day). I spent all day there today, but of course since mom has only been gone one day they're not really stir-crazy just yet. By Wednesday or Thursday, when I next go over there, they'll probably be bouncing off the walls. That reminds me, I took some new pictures of them. I'll post links later, when I find my brain.
Watched the stupid WB Outtakes show tonight. It was not really very "outrageous" at all. The two Smallville outtakes they showed were quite funny, but dammit, why only two? :( And the Angel outtakes were just lame. :P
In conclusion, only two days late, the Friday Five:
1. Do you like talking on the phone? Why or why not?
I like talking on the phone with friends, but I hate calling people, and I generally hate talking to non-friends, like customer support people or what have you.
2. Who is the last person you talked to on the phone?
My brother, when he called to wish me a happy birthday.
3. About how many telephones do you have at home?
I have one that's not hooked up to anything, and one that is hooked up but is actually two. It's a cordless phone, but the base unit is also a phone unto itself. If that makes any sense. Also, my cellphone.
4. Have you encountered anyone who has really bad phone manners? What happened?
I had some jerks when I worked tech support, but I don't think that counts as bad *phone* manners per se.
5. Would you rather pick up the phone and call someone or write them an e-mail or a letter?
Definitely email. Like I said above, I just hate calling people. If they call me, or once I get over the calling-them hump, I'm perfectly happy to talk to them for hours ... but all told I'd rather email in most situations.
So this is 29. Funny, it bears a striking resemblance to 28. Imagine that.
So did I mention the part where I'm totally wiped? Uh. Yeah. I'm going away now.
