In other chocolatey news, did you know that Nestle now makes a version of the Crunch bar that also has caramel? Mmmmmm. *drool* (74.4% of you like caramel in your chocolate, according to the chocolate poll I did back in October, so drool along with me! :) )

So is there a chocolate ranking site out there? I want to try really expensive chocolate sometime and see if there is a noticable quality difference. :)
Your poll was mising the all of the above for favorite chocolate...
Next time I'm in Boston I'll have to bake some of my chocolate chip cookies for you, I'm really proud of how good they are (modified toll house recipe yielding about 35-40 cookies, with a 10oz block of bitter or semi sweet Scharfenberger chocolate and a 4oz bar of Ghirardelli white chocolate providing the chocolate content), I think I make the best cookies (of that one particular type) I've ever eaten. :)
