update on LJ posting limits

bradfitz posted an apology for the way the limits thing was handled last week. He also clarified the purpose, intent, and plans behind posting limits. Personally, I think it's a really classy move on his part and he really sounds honestly sorry for the bad feelings caused by his actions. I think anyone who was pissed off when the whole thing went down last week should really go and read that; realize that Brad is a very overworked guy who made a dumb move (on his birthday no less) and got torn to shreds for it and seriously regrets it now; and then we should all just chill. 'Kay?
