Yay! I finally have a belly icon that's my actual belly! :)
Behind this cut tag, larger pix of my belly, plus some of the kimonos I bought for chickpea in Japan. Plus, you can click any picture to see the even bigger version. LOL! Am I a geek or *what*?
The uncropped version of the picture that became my new icon:

Another belly picture:

The first kimono is not actually a kimono but I forget the correct word for it. It's a two-piece thing where the top is a robe thingie and the bottom is a little pair of pants. The CD is of Japanese kids' music and was a gift, and is in the picture mostly for perspective.
This picture shows the two pieces separately:

And this picture shows how it would look when worn, with just the bottoms of the pants sticking out:

The second kimono is actually a kimono, and is for a slightly larger child:

Heh, I'm such a menace with my digital camera. Soon I shall torment you with even more pix! ;)

Date: 2003-02-07 08:10 pm (UTC)Of course they had ALL kinds of adult-sized kimonos, but once I saw the little baby ones it was all over. *g* I figured, why buy one for myself, when will I ever wear it?...the baby, on the other hand, will wear it whenever I say. ;)
