Women On Fire

We're certainly gathering a considerable cadre of WOFsters here on LJ. At the least, we've got me, xochiquetzl, frightened, lovessong, marcie, rliz, lilka, and probably d_and_cats. Did I forget anyone?

I was going to suggest creating a WOF community, but we already have an email list. :) Still, there's gotta be some way to use LJ to recruit new WOF readers! Everyone put "women on fire" in your interest list! :)

For any who don't know what the hell I'm talking about, go read it now. Women On Fire. It's a series of fantasy novels. It rules. You can read Chapter One online and then the Plaid Adder will email you the rest if you ask her nicely. Or even if you ask her rudely, really.

I like the community idea, but the list has the Susan Advantage. Hmm...

yeah, I just thought, "well, anything we would say in a WOF community we'll say on the list, so what would be the point?"

The only real advantage I can think of is:

Susan could link to it on her WOF page and people could go read more gushings about the brilliance than she can fit on her webpage. :)
