I'm psyched because I just discovered that Ben & Jerry's has started making Mint Chocolate Cookie again. I was *so* sad a few months ago when I discovered it on their website's list of "flavors we don't make any more." :( It has always been my favorite B&J flavor, and especially my favorite ice cream (of any brand) to eat when I have a sore throat. So, yay!

Of course, the downside is that the way I found this out is by still feeling crappy. :P I decided to take today off work as a sick day, but I still had to go out for my morning chiropractor appointment, so I stopped off at the grocery store on the way home for juice and milk and ice cream. I was all thinking, "snif, no Mint Chocolate Cookie, I'll have to settle for another flavor," and then I looked in the freezer and there it was! I stared at it in pure shock for several seconds before ripping open the freezer door and seizing it!! Now it's all mine! My precioussssss! ;)

OK, so I'm easy to please when sick, so sue me. ;)

I hope you feel better soon. If you happen to be able to find it (as I know it's sold all over the place on-line, but I only know of one small, real store chain that sells it in my area), try some Yogi Twilight Mint Tea; it's delicious, minty, and very nice to sore throats. =o)
