mamajoanStill not sure whether we've gotten onto the buses for the demonstration in DC. This is frustrating. The buses will be leaving late tomorrow (Friday) night, so it would be nice to have some advance warning. *sigh* The guy said he'd be at the office till 7 tonight so I can call him later and find out whether they know yet. Grump.
I keep thinking, "well, we can just drive down there, it'll be fine!" and then I close my eyes for just a moment and feel how tired I am -- you know how when you're really tired your eyes feel sort of hot every time you close them? -- and remember that I'm not nineteen any more. Not that I'm incapable of driving ten hours each way and still being functional on the other ends, but it's not as casual/easy as it used to be. I'd be totally dead on Monday morning at work. Ugh. At least if we took the bus we'd be able to sleep.
I gotta come up with a good slogan to put on my sign! And find materials for making a sign!
*runs off twitching frantically*
