mamajoanHad a letter from the court in my mailbox today -- "Judgment for Defendant" means I win!! I don't have to pay anything! W00T!!!!!
(of course it does say "for good reason a plaintiff may file a motion within one year of this judgment...requesting the Court to vacate or amend this judgment" but I'm going to pretend I didn't see that part.)
YAY!!
