a quick Ruthie-ism

mamajoanI gotta run, so you'll have to wait to read about our IKEA adventures, uh, later. But here's a quickie from Ruthie.
The other morning we had to get up early because I forgot it was our turn to bring a snack for Isaac's classroom *facepalm* so we were in CVS at some ridiculously early hour when almost no one was there.
I was paying for our ridiculously overpriced Nutrigrain bars, both the cashier and me apparently in early-morning brain fogs. And out of the blue Ruthie says: "Don't hold your nose, because I think I smell something yummy!"
rotfl.
FWIW, I asked her what the smell was and she said it was peppermint. So it was probably the gum, with which she is still obsessed.
