curtain dream

I dreamt that I was putting up new curtains on the big window in my bedroom. (In RL, I put up curtains on that window but they are too long and hang over the radiator underneath it, so I need to get shorter ones.) I had randomly bought some shorter curtains, but then I decided it would be better to measure, so I got my measuring tape and was going to measure from the curtain rod to the top of the radiator. But the measuring tape had torn apart. So I was going to tie it together, and trying to figure out how many inches I would need to add to the final measurement to compensate for the fact that tying the tape together would make it shorter and therefore inaccurate.

Whatever! I think I'm worrying entirely too much about this whole curtain thing. I need to just get some damn curtains and put them up and stop bothering about it already.
