Yesterday's Date
Oct. 14th, 2003 11:18 am(I would have posted this yesterday, but I didn't get around to it.)
October 13th: One year ago today (yesterday), I got my period for what would be the last time (thus far). At the time, of course, it was quite traumatic since it meant I wasn't pregnant. :( Of course, if I had known it would be my last period and the one from which all dates were calculated, I might have been a bit more sanguine about it. Heh. Props if you get the pun. ;)
It was GREAT to have yesterday off work (I don't seem to recall ever having "Columbus Day" off work before). I hung out at mom's place and then went to the mall -- by myself! Woo! And to my surprise (it's been a LONG time since I went to the mall), they have Indian food in the food court. Whoa. Then I retrieved my spawn and went home and watched the game (GO RED SOX!) and went to bed far too late. But at least Isaac slept better last night. Sigh.
And now here I am at the office again. Ah well. One nice thing about only going to the office two days a week, during autumn, is how dramatically the foliage changes from one commute to the next. It makes the drive a lot more interesting and appealing.
