Friday Five and other boringness

First, an apology to whomever it was that I abandoned in AIM chat yesterday. I know plaidder was there, but there was someone else too and I've totally forgotten who it was, but whoever you are, sorry to ditch like that. I was having a really bad mommy moment. It got better later in the day (which is a topic for another post...).

Second, hooray for Fridays! But boo for the Sox being down two games to none in a best-of-five series. :(

Third, I downloaded the newest version of Opera and it *rules*. I love how you can open a link in a new page *in the background*. That feature kicks all kinds of ass, not to mention the "gestures." I may actually pay for this just to tell the Opera people that they rule and the Microsoft people that they suck (mom's former upstairs neighbor excluded).
