I sure do love you, but let's get that straight

Let's get a couple of things cleared up:

1. I hate Valentine's Day. It is evil, and I say that despite all the yummy chocolate being on sale. So I'm not wishing you a happy one, because, well, I don't play that.

2. Still, at least it has spawned some good stuff, like this photomanip of Lex and Clark. It rules beyond description. Go look now.

3. Another bright side of February 14th is that it's the birthday of jennyo and this cute kitty named Valentino.

4. I am still one Angel (and one Buffy) episode behind, but I nevertheless have ( something to say about Wesley. )

5. I am officially So Frelling Sick(tm) of this cold weather. Let's move on, people. It's time for spring already. Seriously.

6. There is no six. Pay attention! Yeesh.

7. This makes me giggle. And it's not a 404 error page; read carefully.

8. I'm hungry. But before I end this post, ( the Friday Five. )

an irrelevant dream

Well, all dreams are irrelevant really, but this one especially so.

I dreamt that I was taking a plane trip somewhere with xochiquetzl and a couple of other female friends. As always seems to happen in RL, I got singled out to have my shoes x-rayed. :P I sat down on the chair all grumpy and took off my sneakers, and then the two security guys decided to go to Burger King for a snack break. I was super-pissed. They told me to stay there, but of course I didn't. I put my shoes back on and started walking off with my friends. xochiquetzl had gone ahead to the gate without us. At first we knew we were going the wrong way because we almost walked into a big restaurant-kitchen type room. So we turned around and went back, looking for the international terminal. Finally we found it, but it was up three steps, and one of the friends couldn't handle stairs. She had to get down on her knees and crawl up them because she had leg problems(??).

But I woke up before we actually got on the plane and went anywhere. How annoying. I don't even know where we were going.

I'm leaving work now to go home and meet my mom and head to NYC for the peace rally. I probably won't be online again till Sunday night, so, y'all behave yourselves and try not to have any new crises without me, 'kay? Wish me luck on the frigid streets!
