I love having a new tech toy. I don't even mind that it's far from state of the art. It's a whole lot better than the digital camera I had before (namely, none)! I have a feeling my website will soon be updated with LOTS more kitty pix.
In other news, last night I bought curtains at last. I bought three different kinds (well, colors) because I just didn't know what I would need. Of course, I got the 81-inch ones, and when I got them home and hung them in the big window in the bedroom, they hang down onto the radiator, which won't do. I'll have to get some shorter ones for that window. I also need shorter ones for Bini's window, so they won't get in his way when he sits on his table looking out the window. But I think now I have a better idea of how they'll look and what I want. I'm going to go with the lighter blue ones in the living room, and the darker blue in the bedroom. I think it'll look nice once I have 'em all assembled in the right configuration. :)
I also forgot to buy a set of curtains and a curtain rod for my cubicle at work, as intended. Oops.
The TiVo recorded something that it claimed was "Invisible Man" but which turned out to be some documentary about firefighters. Drat. Well, at least it did properly record last Friday's I-Man episode ... the second-to-last. Snif! I'm so sad that the show has been cancelled, especially since the last few episodes have been so damn good. It's not fair. Hollywood sucks.
I suppose I should try to get at least a little work done. Mondays suck too.
